ABOUT Angela
In 2011 after a career in music and having brought up five children, I decided to pursue a lifelong passion and studied at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh to become a gardener. I developed a gardening business where I tried to enhance the spaces I worked on. I would fill them with a mix of vegetables, fruit and flowering plants whenever the opportunity arose to bring joy and sustenance.
I am currently Deputy Head Gardener at the Royal College of Physicians’ Garden of Medicinal Plants where I have been introduced to the amazing history of plants and their uses. I gained a Diploma in Herbology from the RBGE in 2023.
I give herbal workshops to educate and enthuse others, hoping to bring them to a greater understanding of plants and how they enrich our lives.
